If sleep has become the hardest part of your day - and your night - you deserve support that honours the whole picture. When you book with us, you're not just working with a sleep consultant. You're working with two RN, psychotherapists whose clinical background spans mental health and trauma meaning every sleep plan we build is held within a framework that prioritises your perinatal and postpartum mental health, the mother-baby relationship, and the long-term emotional wellbeing of your whole family. Our approach is responsive, research-informed, and grounded in the reality of your baby's developmental stage. We work with you to understand what's happening, build the scaffolding that fits your family's reality, and leave you feeling resourced - not just instructed.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any form of sleep training, rigid scheduling or forced seperation. Safety and connection are foundational to sleep and the overall wellness - psychological, emotional and physical - of the mother-baby dyad and the family unit.

Our work is gentle, responsive, deeply relational and based in neuroscience and development biology. 

We support sleep through:

  • co-regulation and nervous system safety
  • attunement to your baby’s unique rhythms and cues
  • supporting the mother as the anchor for regulation
  • trust in your baby’s innate developmental wisdom

Initial 1:1 Sleep Support Session

This is not sleep coaching in the conventional sense. In our work together, we look at the whole of the mother-baby dyad - because sleep doesn't exist in isolation from the relationship, the nervous system, or the season of life you're both in.

This is for you if:

  • You're parenting a baby or toddler and sleep feels stressful, confusing, or completely overwhelming
  • You've sensed that the standard advice doesn't fit - your baby, your body, or your values
  • You want support that is attachment-focused, nervous system sensitive, and actually informed by how babies are wired to sleep
  • You're struggling to understand what your baby needs, and you want someone to help you make sense of it
  • You're looking for solutions that work for your whole family - not just the nights

What we do together:

A thorough intake to understand your goals, your baby's history, and what's actually happening in your home. From there, you receive an individualised sleep plan - not a script, but a living document guided by your baby, your body, and your values. Medical screening is included throughout, with referrals made where appropriate. You won't leave with a method to implement. You'll leave with understanding, a clear path forward, and two weeks of WhatsApp support to hold you as you move through it.

Format:

  • One 60-minute session via video call. In-home sessions available following safety screening — price dependent on location. 
  • Baby (and children) always welcome 

Investment: $250

  • Paid in full following session

Follow-Up 1:1 Session

For families who have already completed an initial session and received their sleep plan - and are now moving through something new.

Sleep is not linear. Babies change, seasons shift, and what felt settled can become unsettled again. This session is for the moments when you need real-time, connected support rather than asynchronous messaging - when something has changed, or when you're feeling the weight of it again and want someone in it with you.

This is for you if:

  • A new sleep concern has emerged or an old one has returned in a different form 
  • You're moving through a developmental leap, a transition, or a particularly tender season
  • Anxiety or dysregulation around sleep has crept back in and you want support before it takes hold
  • You simply want the steadiness of a real conversation over back-and-forth messages

What we do together:

A focused 30-minute session to meet you where you are now. Your sleep plan is revisited and updated with appropriate next steps - again, guided by your baby, your body, and your values. Medical screening continues, with referrals as needed, and two weeks of WhatsApp support follows the session.

Format:

  • One 30-minute session via video call. In-home sessions available following safety screening — price dependent on location. 
  • Baby (and children) always welcome 🤍
